Resource and Budget Management: - Manage project resources and budgets using established processes and tools. - Ensure effective utilization of resources and control project costs. 4. Cross-Departmental Communication and Coordination: - Communicate with various departments to coordinate project-related matters. - Hold regular project meetings, organize meeting minutes, and ensure consensus among project members regarding discussion topics and project progress. 5. Technical Learning and Problem Solving: - Acquire knowledge or solutions in technical fields during project execution. - Analyze and provide solutions to problems encountered in the project. 6.
