CIMMYT seeks dynamic with orientation to results, and with teamwork skills professionals for the position of Fleet Mobility Coordinator to be part of the Accounting Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignment and scheduling
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, and service intervals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet records, including registration, insurance, maintenance logs, mileage, and fuel usage
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, SRE, and federal transportation regulations
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, fuel management, and TAG administration
  • Track and manage fleet-related costs and support budgeting and cost-reduction initiatives
  • Investigate vehicle incidents, accidents, and insurance claims, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
  • Communicate with drivers regarding vehicle usage, policies, and safety procedures
  • Support fleet safety programs and ensure driver compliance with internal policies
  • Assist with procurement, replacement, and disposal of fleet vehicles

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, or a related field
  • Experience working with vendors and managing operational processes

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical concepts
