1.SMT設備操作與監控：
-負責SMT設備的日常操作，確保設備按計劃運行。
-監控設備運行狀況，及時發現並處理異常情況。
-排除SMT標準設備異常，提升生產力
-協助執行流程優化&標準化, 以及工作流程持續改善, 進而達到製程穩定.
-執行EPR，完成新產品試產
-遵循 5S/ESD/安全規範
2.設備維護與保養：
-執行設備的定期檢查與保養，確保設備處於最佳運行狀態。
-根據維護計劃進行設備的預防性維護，減少設備故障率。
3.設備故障排除：
-針對設備故障進行診斷與排除，確保生產線的連續運行。
-記錄故障處理過程，並提出改進建議以防止故障再次發生。
-執行SMT標準設備保養，確保設備可穩定生產
4.設備優化與改進：
-參與設備的改進與優化項目，提高設備的生產效率與產品質量。
-與工程團隊合作，提出設備改進方案並實施。
5.設備操作培訓：
-為操作人員提供設備操作與維護的培訓，提升團隊整體技能水準。
-編寫設備操作手冊與培訓資料，確保操作標準化。
6.資料記錄與報告：
-記錄設備運行數據與維護記錄，並定期提交報告。
-分析設備運行數據，提出改進建議。
-依據設備的特性持續記錄ISSUE,達到異常快速處理，減少當機的時間
-協助生產品質資料收集與日報表填寫
