Job Description

Responsibilities

• 
  Oversee and manage the execution of cybersecurity projects, including Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, and bespoke assessments
• 
  Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables
• 
  Coordinate and schedule resources to align with project requirements and timelines
• 
  Manage end-to-end project logistics, including tool setup, environment preparation, and client coordination
• 
  Anticipate risks and resolve project issues proactively to ensure smooth execution
• 
  Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and optimize resource utilization to maintain cost efficiency
• 
  Ensure tools and technologies are properly managed, licensed, and used cost-effectively
• 
  Track project progress and ensure alignment with client objectives and internal standards
• 
  Provide regular updates and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• 
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, reports, and deliverables
• 
  Drive continuous process improvements to enhance team efficiency, productivity, and service quality

Requirements

• 
  Proven experience in project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT consulting environments
• 
  Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• 
  Experience in budget planning, cost tracking, and financial management of projects
• 
  Familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, and related tools/technologies
• 
  Ability to understand technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering and security teams
• 
  Experience managing software/tools, including licensing, renewals, and cost control
• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• 
  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• 
  Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• 
  Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
