Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Partner with agency Product Owners and business stakeholders to define product vision, mission statements, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and outreach plans to drive adoption.

Product Development & Operations

• Design, test, and iterate user journeys to improve new products while maintaining operational excellence for existing platforms.
• Manage product budgets and develop workplans with product teams.
• Proc ure required resources including software, hardware, and professional services.
• Ensure service availability and performance optimisation for live systems.

Data-Driven Product Management

• Lead data initiatives and analytics projects to support product decisions and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with data teams to implement data collection strategies, analytics frameworks, and reporting.
• Translate insights into actionable product improvements and business value.

Security & Compliance Management

• Oversee security testing including Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), Source Code Review (SCR), and related assessments.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate remediation efforts and implement security best practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Translate product strategy into actionable technical plans for business and vendor teams.
• Coordinate efforts across marketing, legal, and finance functions.
• Support developers in exploring emerging tools while maintaining production stability.

Growth & Maintenance

• Drive adoption of new features while ensuring reliable service delivery.
• Build networks with government agencies and product teams for collaboration.
• Participate in public engagements and presentations to promote product awareness.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, updates, and incident response.

Project Management & Governance

• Run stakeholder meetings and track deliverables across development and operations.
• Ensure compliance with security and performance testing requirements (e.g., SSAT, VAPT, performance testing).
• Maintain compliance with IM, AGO, and QMS requirements.
• Manage SLAs and monitor operational metrics.

Requirements

Essential

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, IT business analysis, or solution design.
• Proven experience in data projects, analytics platforms, or data-driven initiatives.
• Familiarity with security testing processes (VAPT, SCR) and compliance frameworks.
• At least 3 years working directly with engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Experience managing both product development and live operations.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and product-centric development.
• Experience in service operations, incident management, and maintaining live systems.
• Background in data analytics, BI, or data science projects.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, PMP, or Certified Scrum Master.
• Government or regulated sector experience.
• Proven track record of delivering results while maintaining service reliability.
