-制定公司職安衛管理政策，確保符合相關法律法規及利害相關者期許。
-監督安全政策的執行，並進行定期審查與更新。
2.安全培訓與教育：
-針對員工進行安全培訓，提升安全意識與技能，建議安全文化。
-制定安全/衛生教育計劃，確保新進員工及現有員工均接受定期培訓。
3.安全監督與檢查：
-進行安全/衛生定期及不定期檢查稽核，識別並消除潛在的安全隱患。
-監督工作場所的安全措施執行情況，並提出改善建議。
4.事故調查與報告：
-針對職安衛事故調查，分析事故原因並提出改進措施。
-向管理層匯報調查結果及建議。
5.安全設備管理：
-主導安全設備評估和選型，監督安裝、維護及運作，合規且確保有效管控風險。
-定期監督檢查安全設備的使用、維護情況及安全功能有效性。
6.跨部門合作：
-與各部門協作，確保安全/衛生政策與措施在各部門有效執行。
-參與跨部門安全項目，提供專業建議與技術支援。
