5.領導倉儲團隊，落實績效管理、人才培育與組織發展。
6.管控倉庫安全與營運環境，確保作業合規與職場安全。
7.跨部門協調供應鏈流程，解決營運問題並提升整體效率。
8.管理供應商合作關係並評估供應鏈風險，以確保供應穩定與成本優化。
