Key Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of all projects (PT, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming, and bespoke assessments).
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Track milestones and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Coordinate and schedule resources to meet project requirements.
• Organize project logistics including tool setup, environment preparation, and client coordination.
• Ensure smooth execution of project components.
• Anticipate roadblocks and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Track resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure project spending remains within approved budgets.
• Manage tools and technologies required for project execution.
• Ensure proper licensing, usage compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay current with tool advancements and recommend improvements where appropriate.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project progress and risks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and internal standards.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
• Ensure documentation complies with company standards and remains up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and project execution efficiency.
• Implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality of deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

Project Management Expertise

• Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably within cybersecurity or IT consulting.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Budgeting & Financial Management

• Experience in budget planning, cost monitoring, and financial reporting.
• Ability to optimize resource utilization and maintain cost efficiency.

Technical Understanding

• Familiarity with tools and practices used in Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, and cybersecurity assessments.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineers and analysts.

Tool & Licensing Management

• Experience managing software/tools, including licensing, renewals, and cost control.
• Ability to evaluate and implement new tools as required.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
