1. Production Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and execute production plans to ensure timely completion of production processes.
- Adjust production schedules according to demand changes to maximize production efficiency.
2. Material Management:
- Monitor material inventory to ensure sufficient supply without overstocking.
3. Production Process Optimization:
- Analyze production processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Participate in cross-departmental collaboration to drive the implementation of overall supply chain optimization initiatives.
4. Risk Assessment and Management:
- Assess supply chain risks and develop preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- Monitor anomalies in the production process, handle them promptly, and report accordingly.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze production data, providing regular reports to support decision-making.
- Track production performance indicators to ensure achievement of established goals.
6. Communication and Coordination with Outsourcers and Internal Teams:
- Establish and maintain good relationships with outsourcers to ensure smooth cooperation.
- Collaborate with relevant internal departments to resolve production and supply chain issues.
