We are currently seeking a highly organised, pro-active and driven sales advisors on a 22.50 and a 15 hours contract to join the team in our location in Limerick. If you have a passion for fashion and thrive on taking the lead on retail operations, inspiring a high performing team to beat their targets and provide a world-class service, then we'd love to have you join us!

PLEASE NOTE: Must have minimum 22.5 hrs and weekday availability.

What to expect

  • Influence sales and excelling in customer service and sharing their knowledge of each product by answering customer queries

  • Become a product knowledge expert having up to date knowledge of our pieces and a good awareness of competitor brands

  • Achieve team and personal sales targets by using sales skills including up -selling, ATV, UPT.

  • Have an interest / experience in social media including Instagram and tiktok as there is potential to include these activities in daily tasks for the right candidate

  • Effective communicator and team player

  • Required to coach, support and train new members of the team

  • Mechandising the counter to maintain high shop floor standards and take pride in the Lynott Jewellery counter

  • Enjoy a fast paced retail environment

  • Flexible to changing business needs specifically around busy periods including Christmas

  • Previous experience and passion for jewellery, accessories or retail required

  • Previous experience in online e-commerce fulfilment desired but not essential
