Job Title: LVN/LPN

$5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, qualified applicants!

Available Shift: 2p-10p Monday-Friday, 10P-6A Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• LPN/LVN license required.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders.
• Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.

Shifts Offered:

• 8 hour shifts offered Monday-Friday, 12 hour shifts, and Weekend Double Baylor
• 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, 7am-7pm and Weekends 16 hours

Pay Information

$23-$25/hr. (.20 per year up to 10 years’ experience) and Weekend Baylor Pay

Shift Differential
