Job Title: LVN/LPN

$5000 sign-on bonus for FT, qualified applicants

Available Shifts: 6p-6a, 10p-6a, 2p-10p, 6a-6p

Requirements:

• LPN/LVN license required.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders.
• Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.

Shifts Offered:

• 12 hour and 8 hour shifts offered
• 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am and 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am

Pay Information

$29-$31 (.10 per year up to 20 years of experience)

Shift Differential

2p-6p: $1.25/hr.
6p - 6a: $2.50/hr.
