Job Description

Job Title: LVN/LPN

Discover a nursing environment where support, collaboration, and growth come first.

Requirements:

  • LPN/LVN license required.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
  • Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders.
  • Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.

Shifts Available:


(6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am plus Weekend Double)

Pay Information


$26 - $28

Shift Differential


2pm - 10pm: $1.00 / hr.
10pm - 6am: $0.50 / hr.
