Job Title: LVN/LPN

$5,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time hires!

Available Shifts: 6A-2P, 2P-10P, 10P-6A

Requirements:

• LPN/LVN license required.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders.
• Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.

Shifts Offered:

• 8 hour shifts offered
• 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am

Pay Information

$30 - $34 + / hr. based on experience (.20 cents per year up to 30 years)

Shift Differential

2p-10p: $1.50/hr.
10p-6a: $1.50/hr.
