**This is a temporary position**
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is a licensed professional who under the direction of a Registered Nurse provides patient care in accordance with the standards, policies, and practices of Enloe Medical Center. Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, Certified Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse, or physician, the LVN provides nursing care, treatments as prescribed, and patient teaching for patients in the Wound/Ostomy service settings for patients with wounds, tubes, fistulas, pressure ulcers, fecal and urinary incontinence, and ostomies. The LVN supports and contributes to the service excellence mission of Enloe Medical Center and the Wound/Ostomy Services department.

Must demonstrate competence with clinical skills, clinical judgment, communication skills, flexibility, integrity and attention to detail. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Must be able to perform accurate data entry into a EMR. Must be able to follow direction and have the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
