We are seeking a dedicated LVN Treatment Nurse to manage specialized wound care and clinical treatments. The ideal candidate focuses heavily on clinical treatments and specialized wound care while remaining flexible to assist with medication and treatment cart duties as operational needs require.
Compensation: $36.00 – $43.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Benefitted
Schedule: Flexible shift availability, includes some weekdays and weekend rotations
MUST HAVE treatment nurse experience
Key Responsibilities
Specialized Care: Deliver high-quality wound care and clinical treatments according to physician orders.
Cart Duty: Provide temporary medication and treatment cart relief occasionally during shift gaps or peak hours.
Documentation: Accurately track, assess, and document treatment progression using Electronic Health Records (PointClickCare).
Collaboration: Partner with our wound care physician and interdisciplinary team to monitor resident healing.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to state, federal, and California skilled nursing safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Licensure: Active, unrestricted California LVN License.
Experience: Previous nursing experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment is preferred.
Skills: Demonstrable knowledge of wound progression, skin breakdown prevention, and medication administration protocols.
Mindset: Reliable teammate with strong communication and compassionate resident-centered clinical habits.
