Position Overview
As an LVN with TK Health, you’ll provide direct patient care based on individualized treatment plans while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team. You’ll utilize both independent and delegated nursing functions while following established clinical standards and procedures.

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check
- Correctional healthcare experience is welcome, but not required
