TK Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team at the Rockwall County Jail. This night-shift position offers a unique opportunity to deliver meaningful patient care in a structured, secure environment while fully utilizing your clinical skills.
Whether you’re an experienced LVN or a new graduate, this role provides strong clinical exposure, supportive leadership, and a consistent schedule.

Provide direct nursing care based on individualized patient needs
Perform dependent and independent nursing functions within LVN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or provider
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with policy and standards
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
Valid, unrestricted Texas LVN license
Current CPR certification
Ability to pass a background check
New graduates welcome
Correctional healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Night shift position
Rotating weekends
Vaccines not mandatory
In-person role at the facility
