LVN NOC Nurse — Hemet Hills Post Acute

Pay: $30-35 per hour + DOE

Shift: NOC (11pm - 7am)

What you’ll do

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts.
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Uphold safety and compliance standards at all times.

What you’ll bring

  • Current California LVN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years LVN experience required.
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
  • A caring, resident-first approach and ability to work independently during overnight hours.
