Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $40.00–$42.00 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor residents’ health conditions and report changes promptly.
  • Accurately document nursing assessments, treatments, medications, and resident progress.
  • Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist in developing and implementing resident care plans.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
  • Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

  • Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
  • Previous skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused attitude.
