Now Hiring: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Full-Time AM/PM Floater

McClure Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team as a Full-Time AM/PM Floater. This position is ideal for an LVN who enjoys a flexible schedule, working with different teams, and providing high-quality, resident-centered care.

Position Details

  • Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Shift: AM/PM Floater
  • Pay: $35.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
  • Assist with assessments and ongoing resident care.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as appropriate.
  • Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection-control standards.
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all residents.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid California LVN license.
  • Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across AM and PM shifts as a floater.
  • Dependable, compassionate, and committed to quality resident care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
