Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions

Educate and support residents and families regarding care plans

Current California LVN license
Current CPR or BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Team-oriented with a resident-centered mindset
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (but not required)
