What you will be doing
Serving customers of high-end retail shops from around New Zealand, our Customer Service Assistant - Luxury Goods focus is on the delivery of a warm and premium experience for travellers at Auckland International Airport.
Working within a team, you will facilitate travellers with the collection of their pre-purchased tax- and duty-free luxury goods.
We are looking for a Casual Luxury Goods Customer Service Assistant who is ready to create exceptional moments for our travellers with a passion for people and thrive in an environment where you get to meet and greet people of all cultures. You will have an eye for detail to ensure that everything is accounted for and located correctly.
Please note, this will be a casual position that covers Weekdays and Weekends. There are morning and afternoon shifts, e.g. morning shift can start from 5am and afternoon shift can start from 2pm.
