The TikTok Shop US Operations team is committed to delivering high-quality products together with a unique customer experience through TikTok. As part of the Luxury Resale category, you will support the growth of an exciting and fast-evolving business, helping merchants succeed through category strategy, livestream strategy, merchant operations, and data-driven execution.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:

- Support the Luxury Resale category in product strategy, livestream strategy, and merchant operations management on TikTok Shop.

- Assist with onboarding and ramp-up of newly acquired merchants by supporting the execution of merchant incentive policies, driving adoption through merchant task mechanisms, and helping ensure policy effectiveness.

- Help summarize and refine merchant operating methodologies, conduct merchant education through outreach tools and operational touchpoints, and support merchant growth and development.

- Support platform campaign operations by communicating key information for major promotional events, improving merchant participation and registration rates, and assisting in resolving operational process issues.

- Monitor and analyze core business metrics to help the team track progress against key goals, identify issues in a timely manner, and collaborate with stakeholders on solutions.

- Conduct category and merchant-level analysis from multiple perspectives, including merchant operations, platform strategy, assortment performance, and livestream/content effectiveness.

- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support business initiatives, improve execution efficiency, and solve operational challenges in a fast-changing environment.
