Job Description

AHS, a leading luxury real estate developer, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer to join our engineering team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems for high-end residential projects, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and safety. You will collaborate with architects, project managers, and construction teams to integrate innovative electrical solutions that enhance the functionality and comfort of our luxury properties.

Responsibilities

• Functional Accountabilities:
• Review Electrical design documents, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and BOQs, taking into consideration best international codes/standards, local authorities/service providers regulations, ease of maintenance, QA/QC guidelines, cost, and sales agreements obligations.
• Provide technical support to respond to pre-qualification documents, electrical material submittals, RFI, RFPs, TEOs, invoices, and agreements with service providers.
• Coordinate and liaise with other team members, including mechanical engineers, architects, structural engineers, infrastructure engineers, landscaping engineers, project management team, commercial team, and FM team.

• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Always demonstrate compliance with the organization’s values and ethics to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the organization.
• Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices, considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer in the luxury residential sector (7+ years)
• Strong knowledge of electrical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and engineering calculations
• In-depth understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
