In this role, you will leverage your knowledge, contacts, and expertise to manage interesting and often complex member requests. As a language specialist, your focus will primarily cover Travel, Retail, and Entertainment, including restaurants and ticketing across the Middle East market.
You will use your research, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver personalized solutions to member requests within specified timeframes, ensuring an exceptional member experience. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of knowledge within your team and across the company, helping to elevate Ten’s service standards.
