Job Description

The Luxury Events Manager serves as the primary curator of exceptional guest experiences for weddings, high profile groups, VIP delegations and similar. This role blends the anticipatory service of a world class Luxury Butler Service with the precision, organization, and revenue minded oversight of a catering manager. This manager would ensure flawless execution of all Luxury Event Bookings, from pre-arrival planning through post event follow up, while upholding the highest standards of Caesars Palace.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

Sales and Revenue

  • Actively work on building and managing demand.
  • Nurture key partners/vendors such as wedding planners, décor vendors and others to expand reach and awareness of offerings.
  • Prepare and explain booking forecasts and have available critiques on prospective, tentative and definite bookings.
  • Upkeep and cleansing an active database to ensure continuity of the guest journey.
  • Partner with PR, social and marketing teams to ensure relevant content creation is captured and shared.
  • Assign and manage leads, retail sales and booking goals of coordinator team.
  • Achieve departmental goals and KPI as assigned by Hotel Leadership.
  • Participate in events and wedding expo and road shows to ensure the brand stays relevant.

Guest Experience and Service Delivery

  • Serve as the principal point of contact for guests. This is inclusive and not limited to, the facilitation of hotel room bookings, transportation, food and beverage and or any other guest experience touch point.
  • Curate bespoke experiences by understanding guest preferences, cultural expectations, and group objectives.
  • Ensure complete guest satisfaction by coordinating all aspects of service with precision, elegance, and attention to detail.

Event Planning and Coordination

  • Manage all pre-event communication for Luxury Event Bookings, gathering requirements and transforming them into comprehensive, luxury standard service plans.
  • Design customized event programs, including space allocation, room setups, timing, amenities, and special requests.
  • Prepare detailed event resumes and ensure flawless follow-through on every requirement.

Operational Leadership

  • Conduct pre function briefings with culinary, stewarding, banquet beverage, facilities, and relevant hotel departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee function setups in partnership with the Convention Service Setup Supervisor, ensuring layouts meet both operational capabilities and luxury service standards.
  • Act as the liaison with exposition companies during load in and tear down for major events.
  • Be responsible for all Luxury Event BEO, contracts and communicating to the property to ensure communication is transparent for all events.

Safety, Compliance, and Reporting

  • Coordinate all necessary communication with Fire Marshal, Risk Management, and legal authorities to ensure proper compliance for exhibits and special installations.
  • Interpret and prepare management level reports and documentation.
  • Maintain working knowledge of room capacities, technical requirements, and luxury service protocols.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Minimum 3–5 years of luxury hospitality, catering, convention services, or AAA 5 Diamond Management experience.
  • College degree in Hotel, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage Management preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills in professional English, both written and verbal.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and adherence to luxury grooming standards.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, produce reports, and interpret operational documents.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and high demand event periods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows based systems, Sale Force and LMS style hotel platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross functionally and lead teams to five-star execution.

  • A successful candidate embodies the graciousness of a butler and precision of a seasoned event manager.
  • A successful candidate has the refinement expected in a Forbes Five-Star environment.
  • Ability to anticipate needs before they arise and maintain composure in high-stakes situations.
  • Ability to deliver a seamless experience for guests and teams alike.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint.
  • Must be able to handle heavy volume and sensitive situations relating to staff and guest problems in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
  • Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
