AHS, a leading name in luxury real estate development, is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Sales Gallery Manager to oversee the daily operations and visitor experience within its prestigious sales gallery. This role is responsible for managing client and broker interactions, coordinating sales gallery activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective buyers, investors, and partners.

The Sales Gallery Manager will act as a key point of contact for visitors, brokers, and external partners, ensuring smooth registration processes, accurate reporting, and exceptional service standards that reflect the AHS luxury brand. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in luxury real estate, customer experience, or sales support environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and client experience within the sales gallery.
• Welcome and assist clients, investors, brokers, and visitors, ensuring a premium and professional experience.
• Manage broker registration processes, ensuring accurate documentation and records are maintained.
• Register and maintain databases of brokers, companies, clients, and visitors.
• Coordinate broker visits, appointments, and sales gallery interactions.
• Handle inquiries from brokers and clients, providing timely support and directing requests to the relevant sales representatives.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to visitor activity, broker registrations, and sales gallery performance.
• Track and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of client and broker information.
• Support the sales team by coordinating client meetings, presentations, and property viewing arrangements.
• Ensure the sales gallery is maintained to the highest standards of professionalism, organization, and luxury presentation.
• Assist with sales launches, events, and broker engagement activities when required.
• Monitor visitor flow, feedback, and engagement to identify opportunities for improving the client experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AHS projects, offerings, and relevant market information.
• Represent AHS with professionalism, discretion, and a strong focus on customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in luxury real estate, sales administration, customer experience, front office, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience handling broker relations, registrations, databases, and reporting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM/database management systems.
• Professional appearance and excellent etiquette when dealing with high-net-worth clients and partners.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate processes and broker networks is preferred.
