LUXURY BRAND MANAGER

Our
client is an established,
founder-led luxury events and lifestyle group with
operations across Singapore
and Hong Kong They partner with leading global brands, financial
institutions and private clients to deliver high-end
events, experiences and bespoke projects.

With
ambitious plans for continued growth across Asia, they are expanding their
senior team and looking for talented individuals who combine commercial thinking, exceptional client
service and a strong understanding of the luxury market

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the
  brand and client experience within the respective market.
• Own the market P&L,
  commercial performance and brand standards
• Develop
  relationships with UHNW clients and luxury brands
• Lead the local team and
  manage supplier/partner relationships.
• Drive new
  business across gifting, bespoke commissions, activations
  and event florals

What you bring:

• 10–12
  years' experience
  in luxury brand management, senior marketing or luxury retail.
• Ideally comes
  from a global luxury brand
• Proven experience
  leading a luxury retail/brand environment, including team
  and P&L ownership
• Strong
  understanding of UHNW client service
• Existing luxury/gifting
  network in HK or SG.
• English +
  Cantonese/Mandarin essential for HK; Mandarin advantageous in SG.

You're not right for the role if:

• No meaningful luxury
  brand, marketing or retail management experience.
• No P&L ownership.
• Presentation/style
  unsuitable for an ultra-premium luxury environment.
• For HK, no bilingual
  English/Chinese capability.
• Pattern of very short
  tenures.
