Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time Lung Program Navigator to work alongside our ECCC Medical Oncology Department.
The Lung Program Navigator will be responsible for the coordination of care for both the Lung Nodule and Lung Cancer Multidisciplinary Programs. They will collaborates with Pulmonary , Thoracic Surgery, Medical Oncology and Radiation oncology and serves as advocate to help patients and families navigate the acute episode of care. They will collaborate with physicians to ensure that patients are at the appropriate level of care with use of clinical based guidelines such as NCCN. The navigator directs the flow of patients into and out of Cabell Huntington Hospital, ECCC and University Physician & Surgeons allowing for an exceptional customer service process for our referring physicians and facilities.
