職務内容：
肺がん領域におけるビジネス最大化に向けリードプロダクトマネージャーと協働した製品戦略の立案
戦略立案を基軸とし肺がん領域ビジネスの成長に向けた各種プランニングとレビュー機会（BPF: Brand Plan Framework）等のプロジェクトマネジメント業務
職務責任：
Excel等を活用して各種データソース（対象市場の各種製品売上実績、市場調査など）を用いた環境分析業務を担う
肺がん製品戦略および戦術実行に関する部門横断的な各種タスクの総合進捗管理をリードする
戦術プランのリードを担うBE（ブランドエンゲージメント）関係者と緊密に連携し戦術の立案/準備を協働する
メディカル部門を含む各種連携部門関係者との定期的な議論を通じ「To Serve Patients」を実現するためのマーケティング施策の向上を図る
検討を進める戦略/戦術の実展開に向けてオンコロジー事業部営業部門との強固な連携を図るべく議論の先導役を担う
固形がん領域マーケティング Associate Directorへダイレクトレポートする
応募条件：
3年以上の固形がん領域（特に肺がん領域）におけるプロダクトマーケティング業務従事経験を有する
Excelフォーマットを活用した各種データ分析スキルを有する
チームや組織のために率先垂範で行動でき、高いコミュニケーションスキルを有する
コンプライアンスを遵守し正しい倫理観をもって行動し説明責任を果たすことができる
困難に直面した際、目標達成に向けて粘り強く行動し続ける（Resilience）
環境変化下にあって、状況を的確に捉え柔軟かつ迅速に対応できる（Agility）
営業組織や営業支援組織と効果的な連携と協働、そして必要に応じてこちらから戦略的かつ主体的な提案ができる
ビジネスレベルの英語によるコミュニケーションスキル（英語による文書作成および会議、ディスカッション、プレゼンテーションを実施できる）
