As a Luggage Porter, you will:

• Give every guest a warm and professional welcome and farewell
• Assist guests with their luggage on arrival and departure, including storing and delivering luggage when required
• Assist with the delivery and collection of packages, messages and other guest items
• Respond to guest requests promptly, professionally and with a genuine desire to help
• Provide guests with information about the hotel, its facilities and the surrounding area
• Work closely with the Front Office and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Help maintain a welcoming, organised and professional entrance and lobby area
• Be attentive to guests' needs and proactively offer assistance whenever possible

The ideal candidate for the Luggage Porter role will:

• Have a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and easily connect with people from different backgrounds
• Be friendly, approachable and service-minded, with a positive can-do attitude
• Be comfortable working in a busy hotel environment and handling luggage throughout the shift
• Have a good command of English and strong communication skills
• Be flexible and comfortable working different shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality or guest-facing environment is an advantage
