
The Bingo Ambassador delivers an energetic, engaging, and welcoming experience for all Bingo guests. This role is responsible for selling bingo cards, calling games, verifying wins, handling cash transactions, and providing clear instructions and assistance to players. The ideal candidate is outgoing, service-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced gaming environment while upholding all gaming regulations and internal controls. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, extended shifts, and stand for long periods is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Obtaining a cash bank, maintaining the bank accurately and balanced.
• Sell Bingo cards to customers and account for funds.
• Circulate throughout the Bingo room and help players, as necessary.
• Count and record sales on the computer system.
• Inspecting/Verifying bingo balls prior to and after each session for accuracy.
• Drop and activate the blower, clearly and distinctly call out the bingo letter and numbers in an efficient process and in a clear distinctive voice, announce games being played, color of bingo card, prize money, and other general information to Guests.
• Place the balls on camera pedestal so the letters and numbers are displayed on the monitors.
• Record on paper, Bingo letter and numbers, winning card number, and paying out winning amounts
• Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees.
• Verify Guest Bingo’s, retrieve Guest's ID when necessary, and pay winning bingo cards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations.
• Perform other duties when assigned.• Occasionally push/pull, lift and/or carry up to 20lbs.
• Occasionally bend, reach, twist, and sit.
• Frequently stand and communicate via radio and paging system.
• Constantly walk, distinguish between shades of color, and use of vision and hearing.
