Le restaurant est reconnu internationalement à travers différents guides gastronomiques, est membre relais et châteaux, et affiche notamment 1* au Guide Michelin.
L’établissement possède deux axes de restauration :
Le restaurant accueille, du mardi au samedi, une clientèle de proximité, d’affaires et étrangère très sensible à une cuisine raffinée et d’une ambiance reflétant le cadre historique de l’établissement.

Le profil du candidat:
Aux côtés du chef Patissier Sylvain Goujon, il a la volonté d’incarner la vision de l’établissement.
Le candidat se doit d’être curieux, passionné et exigeant.
Enfin, le candidat doit justifier d’un esprit d’équipe, d’un excellente relationnel, de capacités d’organisation, de discrétion tout en étant dynamique et proactif.
Pourboire, congé hebdomadaire Dimanche et lundi.
