Lubricants Logistics Support – Gibraltar

We are now looking for a Lubricants Logistics Support professional to join our team in Gibraltar

This is a dynamic, cross-functional role supporting our lubricants operations across Gibraltar, Spain, and France You will act as a key link between operations and finance, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate stock management, and effective forecasting across a Europe-wide supply model.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Operations and Finance for lubricants activities
• Partner with financial reporting and billing teams to ensure accurate processing
• Support demand forecasting and inventory planning
• Reconcile stock levels ( system vs. physical inventory) and assist with month-end checks
• Investigate and resolve customer order queries
• Raise and manage purchase orders, verifying pricing and quantities
• Prepare delivery documentation to support daily operations
• Contribute to monthly reporting and performance tracking

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken) – essential
• French language skills – a strong advantage
• Experience in logistics, coordination, or high-volume operations, or a customer-facing role with strong organisational responsibilities
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• A collaborative team player
• Advanced IT skills, particularly Excel (stock tracking, data analysis, reporting)
