What is this role about?
The Lubricants Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely dispatch of lubricants products from the warehouse. This includes monitoring and recording all inventory movements, processing approved sales orders, preparing dispatch documents, and ensuring proper storage and handling of products. The role also involves coordinating product availability, performing cycle counts, encoding transactions, and collecting delivery confirmations to maintain inventory integrity and support seamless order fulfillment.
What will YOU do?
Monitor accurately all inbound and outbound inventory transactions to prevent errors and ensure real-time inventory visibility
Review and process all approved Sales Orders (SOs) through systems like NetSuite, ensuring proper documentation before product release
Ensure to cross-check pending and incoming orders to confirm product availability, avoiding incorrect product quantities or types being served
Arrange and store products according to SKU identification and established storage schemes to maintain warehouse order and product integrity
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile variances to maintain accuracy in physical vs. recorded stock levels
Record all inventory movements (receipts and issuances) in shared templates or systems for transparency and traceability
Generate and organize required releasing documents such as Picking Lists, Delivery Receipts (DRs), and MRIFs for each transaction
Ensure that all delivered items are confirmed by customers through proper collection of acknowledged DRs from delivery teams
Ensure to use digital tools to track approved requests and monitor unlifted orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
Propose enhancements for product insurance (e.g., Stock throughput Marine Insurance) and inventory systems to improve operational efficiency
