ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Lubricants Technical Advisor, you will serve as the primary technical expert for our lubricants portfolio helping industrial and transport customers get the most out of our products while playing a direct role in growing the business. You will work side by side with our Sales team to win and retain key accounts, deliver documented customer value, and build lasting technical partnerships.
- Expert-level knowledge of our lubricant’s portfolio across industrial, transport, and specialty applications — be the first person customers and Sales turn to for product guidance, application advice, and competitor cross-referencing
- Resolve most frontline technical queries independently; diagnose lubrication-related issues confidently and provide clear, accurate recommendations.
- Stay ahead of product developments, OEM standards, and market trends to maintain technical credibility and relevance with customers
- Partner with Sales to protect and grow key B2B accounts conducting customer visits, plant audits, and lubrication surveys that uncover upsell and improvement opportunities
- Deliver documented proof of value demonstration/measurable impact to customers, reinforcing our technical leadership in the market.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key industrial customers providing proactive guidance on product selection, equipment health, and lubrication optimization beyond reactive support
- Provide guidance to customers on OEM recommendations within approved frameworks to facilitate product qualification and approval processes.
- Build Sales and customer capability through tailored lubricants training that drives expertise and unlocks commercial growth
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or a related technical discipline (BSc / BEng or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in Process Plant or Utilities, Maintenance or Operations or Inspection
- Strong Machinery knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical content for any type of audience.

KEY CHALLENGES YOU SHOULD EXPECT
- This position requires extensive travel (approximately 70%).
- This role includes territories from Faisalabad, Islamabad and Northern Areas.
- Balancing technical rigor with the pace and pragmatism that commercial sales cycles demand.
- Managing a high volume of customer contacts while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
- Communicating highly technical content clearly to audiences ranging from plant engineers to procurement managers.
