Job Description

Insight FS is headquartered in Jefferson, Wisconsin with 23 branches across the state and upper peninsula of Michigan. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Responsible for lubrication product delivery and account maintenance.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Markets and ensures efficient delivery of bulk oil, DEF, and lubricants.

Works with other company salesmen to increase sales of lubricants and maintain customer satisfaction.

Develops and maintains a record of company and customer owned tanks and equipment.

Ensures accurate communication of all relevant information around inventory management and billing of products and services.

Installs and maintains customer and company lubricant systems.

Adheres to company credit policy.

Maintains department equipment and vehicles for safe and proper operating condition.

Works with Microsoft Office programs.

May be required to help other departments within the Darlington location as needed during peak NH3 delivery season.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and/or 1-2 years of related work experience to demonstrate knowledge and skills regarding propane systems.

Demonstrated essential abilities business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Frequently exposed to extreme weather conditions.

Occasional exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.

Ability to work hours other than those considered normal.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Normally requires a valid CDL and the ability to maintain a CDL.

Frequently required to lift 51 to 70 lbs.

Must be able to travel independently and overnight.

Must be willing to work beyond hours considered “normal.”

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
