What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Lube Technician, you will perform essential maintenance services while learning the processes, standards, and skills that support long-term success in a dealership service department.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other basic maintenance services
• Complete multi-point inspections and identify needed maintenance items
• Learn dealership and manufacturer processes from experienced service professionals
• Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow dealership and manufacturer standards for quality and safety
• Handle customer vehicles with care and professionalism
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
• Support the service team with a positive, team-first attitude

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is dependable, coachable, and serious about growing in automotive service. Previous lube technician, express technician, quick-service, or basic maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
