Job Description
Our BMW Service team is looking for a skilled and dependable Lube Technician to support our service operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on automotive experience who takes pride in delivering quality maintenance services and ensuring vehicle safety and performance.

What you’ll do
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance in accordance with manufacturer standards.
- Inspect vehicles for leaks, wear, and potential concerns, and replace basic components such as filters, batteries, and wiper blades.
- Maintain accurate service records and clearly communicate identified vehicle concerns and recommended services to customers and shop leaders.
- Operate tools and equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Follow all company, environmental, health, and safety standards and procedures.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training, and ongoing learning opportunities to develop technical skills and knowledge.
- Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a professional approach to every customer and team interaction.
About you
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in automotive repair or maintenance preferred
- Holds a Valid Guam Driver’s License
- ASE Certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Safety-focused mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
