Lube Technician

Lithia Ford of Fresno is looking for a Lube Technician to join our busy and growing service team. If you’re dependable, motivated, and looking to start or grow your career in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do:

• Perform oil and filter changes
• Rotate tires and inspect tire condition
• Check and top off fluids
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure quality service

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous lube or automotive experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety procedures and dealership standards
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.90 – $41.45.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term/long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production/Productivity.
