Join one of Eugene’s top automotive service teams. Lithia Nissan of Eugene is looking for a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.
About the Role:
In this position, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections while working alongside a supportive and experienced service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values a clean and efficient shop environment, and wants to grow within a large automotive group.
Key Responsibilities
Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and basic maintenance services
Inspect and rotate tires
Conduct multi‑point inspections and identify maintenance needs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and shop procedures
Provide excellent customer service through your attention to detail and professionalism
Ideal Candidate:
Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred, not required
Looking for a career in automotive and eager to grow with us
Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
