About the Role:Join Speedee Oil and Midas JACKSON 1229 as a Lube Tech, where you will play a vital role in providing top-notch automotive maintenance services. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about cars and want to grow their skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks to ensure vehicle performance.
• Inspect and replace filters, belts, and hoses as needed.
• Assist with tire rotations to enhance vehicle safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and tools.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Document services performed and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals.
• Perform various vehicle maintenance services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Lube Tech or in a similar role preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.
