Bilfinger UK are looking for a LTQR Preparation to join us on Hinkley point C. This is a staff position based in site Monday to Friday

The LTQR Clerk provides essential administrative and technical support in the collation, scanning, and physical assembly of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs). Working under the direction of the LTQR Documentation Coordinator, the role ensures that construction, manufacturing, and installation records are systematically processed, indexed, and made ready for final review.

Document Collation: Organise quality records (e.g., FUDs, weld maps, material certs, and test reports) as they are generated by the construction and site teams.

Data Entry & Indexing: Populate and maintain LTQR index structures, ensuring every document is correctly coded and aligned to the relevant Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

Clerical Verification: Perform initial checks on records for basic completeness, such as ensuring all pages are present and signatures are legible before scanning.

System Uploads: Execute the uploading of verified digital records into project document control systems like TeamCenter and ProArc.

Record Tracking: Update live trackers to identify missing or incomplete documentation, escalating gaps to the LTQR Coordinator for resolution.

Archive Management: Manage the physical boxing, labelling, and storage of original "wet-signature" documents to ensure a robust and retrievable audit trail
