Key Responsibilities:
·Conduct thorough wound assessments and develop personalized care plans for each patient.
·Perform wound debridement, dressing changes, and other wound care procedures.

·Educate both patients and facility staff on effective wound care techniques and prevention strategies.
·Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
·Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
·Manage pain related to wounds to ensure patient comfort.
