[What the role is]

EXECUTIVE, TRANSFER & OWNERSHIP UPDATES

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of a team that administers and implements measures and policies to ensure proper collection of vehicle taxes and fees, and licensing of vehicles. You will be required to attend to public enquiries over the phone, at the counter and through written correspondences on various vehicle ownership and transfer matters. You will also be expected to process transactions at the counter and/or backroom within stipulated deadlines.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to support the organisation's Smart Nation initiatives through business process re-engineering and conducting user testing of business systems to enhance the delivery of LTA's services.

[What we are looking for]

• Knowledge in any discipline

• Candidates with relevant working experience may be considered for senior roles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Pleasant personality and customer-focused

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication (spoken and written) skills

• Organised and meticulous with numbers

• Able to work with minimal supervision
