ASSISTANT MANAGER, FOREIGN VEHICLE PERMITS (OPERATIONS)
[What you will be working on]
You are part of a team that will oversee a 24/7 operations environment to manage permits and operations relating to foreign vehicles. The role requires you to review standard operating procedures, develop practical solutions and training materials, support round-the-clock operations and vendor management, and prepare reports for operational analysis.
You are required to monitor service delivery by vendors, manage contractual administration and coordinate with stakeholders to address operational issues, respond to complex enquiries, oversee staff training and ensure all processes align with regulatory and contractual requirements.

• Knowledge in any discipline
• Possess strong administrative and organisational skills
• High cognitive and analytical abilities
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Highly adaptable, able to work both independently and in a team, and multi-task in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment
• Candidates with more than 2 years of working experience in a 24/7 operations environment may have an added advantage
