[What you will be working on]

• Lead a team to develop and review operations policies covering road operations covering road asset maintenance, traffic management, and enforcement.

• Responsible in ensuring our policies, processes, initiatives are kept abreast industry and technology trends.

• Lead collaboration between departments and obtain buy-in form senior leadership on projects and policies to keep Singapore moving.

[What we are looking for]

• University degree in any discipline

• At least 7 years’ working experience in a related role, preferably in policy development

• Proficient in policy implementation and the review and alignment of multiple frameworks/work processes

• Strong writing and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail

• Good communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills

• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects independently.

• A team player with a growth mindset, eager to explore and introduce innovative solutions.
