PRODUCT MANAGER

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of the Rail Digitalisation Division, a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team dedicated to advancing the Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) Railway Common Data Platform (CDP). This role involves driving the integration of data analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities to enhance rail performance and improve operational and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Help shape the product vision and own the roadmap for your product area. Prioritize features based on user needs, business goals, and technical effort.
  • End-to-End Execution: Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Requirements & Documentation: Write clear, concise Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide the engineering and design teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and on-time delivery. Collaborate with Product Designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Customer Insights: Be the voice of the customer. Conduct user research, customer interviews, and gather feedback to deeply understand user pain points and needs.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Define, track, and analyze key product metrics (KPIs) to evaluate success, uncover opportunities, and iterate on features.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM): Work alongside Engagement and Outreach team to ensure successful product launches, training, and adoption.

[What we are looking for]

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software/technology Product Management
  • Knowledge in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Product Design, or related fields
  • Highly motivated and data-driven Product Manager with proven track record of delivering impactful software products
  • Ability to balance high-level strategy with day-to-day execution, serving as a liaison between engineering, design, marketing, and users.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, PowerBI/Tableau, SQL) and basic familiarity with Figma.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience running sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • A proactive and independent learner who stays abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices
  • Strong empathy for users and passion for creating exceptional user experiences
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and able to pitch vision to leadership, write clear PRDs, and motivate development teams
  • Experience working in operation, engineering, internal platform tools or B2B environment will be an advantage.
