
[What the role is]
PRINCIPAL / SENIOR EXECUTIVE, QUALITY SERVICE OPERATIONS
[What you will be working on]
You will be involved in managing public feedback which includes drafting replies to feedback providers, assist the Manager in preparing feedback reports for submission to Management.
You will also assist in automation projects to improve feedback management processes, as well as auditing the service standards of replies.
You are expected to assist to analyse feedback trends and organise engagements with the relevant teams to resolve the issue collectively.
[What we are looking for]
Diploma in any discipline, preferably Communications, Business Information Technology or Analytics equivalent
Experienced in Service Audit
Experienced in tools such as Excel Macros, Python, RPA will be an advantage
Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment
Customer service-oriented with good time management
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Have a good command of spoken and written English.
